About Us

My name is Laura Lenci. I have been involved with this wonderful breed since 1997 when I acquired my first Keeshond, Maldolph's Kona RiBlue (Kona). Kona has been busy competing in AKC and NADAC agility at the excellent level. He is also a certified Therapy Dog.

Since 1997, I now have five keeshonden in my fuzzy family. In 1999, I added Ch Silvermist Lady O the Valley (Quisha) and she became my first champion. Using her as my foundation bitch and Am/Can Ch Keesbrook's Believe 'N Magic (Smokee) as the sire, Kealoha Keeshonden was created. Kealoha means beloved in Hawaiian.

All of my dogs and puppies are raised and live in my home as members of the family. I am a member of the Keeshond Club of America, Mt. Hood Keeshond Club, Willamette Agility Group, Silver Falls Kennel Club, Therapy Dogs and NADAC.
